Contentifai’s SEO content packages are priced at a fixed rate per blog post. For example, the Growth package delivers 2 ready-to-publish blog posts plus accompanying images every week and costs £250 per month.

How does the social posts bolt-on work?

The social posts bolt-on is designed to repurpose your website blog posts into social media-friendly posts. Choose your package and select the relevant social posts bolt-on to receive up to 3 social media posts plus accompanying images for each blog post.

What’s included in the content calendar one-time purchase?

Unlike the packages and bolt-ons which are a monthly service, the content calendar is a one-off purchase designed to identify content opportunities for your business. Choose your package and bolt-ons and select the content calendar to receive a detailed 6-month content calendar that includes relevant keywords and topic ideas for your blog content.

How do I get started?

Simply choose the package that’s right for you and optional bolt-ons and content calendar and select buy now where you will be taken to a Stripe payment link. You’ll receive an automated confirmation email upon receipt of purchase and a member of our team will be in touch with you shortly to confirm your details and begin creating content for your website.

How is payment collected?

Payment is made by credit or debit card. Payment is collected via recurring Stripe payments every month. To make a payment and get started, simply select your package and bolt-ons and click on the payment link which will take you to a secure checkout.

Are my payment details secure?

Our website uses HTTPS and SSL to ensure secure connections.

What happens after I sign up?

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will be redirected from Stripe back to https://www.contentifai.agency/ where you will receive a welcome message. You will then receive a welcome email detailing the next steps including what we need to start creating your awesome content.

When can I expect my first content to arrive?

You will receive details including delivery timeline in the welcome email after purchase. Depending on your bolt-ons and one-off purchases, we endeavour to deliver your first post(s) within one week from the date of purchase and receipt of key company details from you.

How will content be delivered to me?

We will email you using the email you used to sign up to the Service. In each email, you will receive links to blog posts and social media posts via Google Drive and Google Docs. Each link will include the post text, SEO data (keyword, meta description, meta title, slug, image alt text, H-tags), and images.

Contact us if you would like us to upload directly to your CMS for an additional fee.

What will my content look like?

All blog posts contain a title, introduction, subheadings, and accompanying text. They also include at least one image to use with the post. Depending on your preferences, social media posts contain text and images within the parameters of your chosen platform(s).
We use the same process to produce our blog content. To get an idea of what your content may look like, visit our blog and view our posts.

What social media platforms can I choose?

You can select any social media platform that contains either or both text and images e.g. Facebook, X, Insta, LinkedIn, etc.
Simply let us know using the above Google Form which social platform you would like your content to be created for.

How will you create my content calendar?

We will create your content calendar using the information you supply in the above Google Form. This includes details about your brand and its ideal customers as well as identifying content opportunities using relevant topics and SEO keywords.

Do you use UK or US English?

Content is written in UK English by default.
Contact us if you would prefer your content to use US English.

Will my content contain links?

A minimum of 3 external links is included in each blog post and we recommend customers add at least 3 internal links to each blog post that link to relevant and helpful content on their website.

What will the Call-to-Action include?

Call-to-Actions (CTAs) point towards your services and/or contact us or sign up page by default.
Contact us if you would prefer your CTAs to point towards a different part of your website.

How can I adjust my package?

If you would like to amend, upgrade, or cancel your package please contact us.

How can I contact support?

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply contact us by email to express your wish to cancel and we will respond confirming that your subscription has been cancelled. 

Can I request a refund?

Payments are collected in advance and therefore refunds are not usually possible. Please bear in mind that if you cancel your subscription before your renewal date you may not receive a refund.

Contentifai uses a wide variety of AI tools and platforms for example OpenAI, Google Bard, Stable Diffusion, and SERanking. Their choice of tools is based on specific client requirements as well as technological developments to ensure the best fit for each client’s needs.

How is Contentifai different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a chatbot developed by OpenAI whereas Contentifai is made up of marketers who use ChatGPT and other AI technologies to produce content for clients by using their marketing expertise to steer and refine content towards a desired tone, length, format, style, level of detail, etc.
