White-Label Content and AI Visibility for Marketing Agencies
Contentifai writes and optimises website content for marketing agencies, under your name. You keep the client and the credit. We give you fixed services at fixed prices, so you can say yes to more content work, sooner.
Same published prices as our direct clients. No minimum term. Human writers, an AI-supported workflow and one point of contact.

Content Capacity That Moves With Your Client List
Clients increasingly ask their agencies for more than campaigns: blog content, page updates and a clear view of how they show up in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. That work tends to arrive in waves, and it often spans writing, search and reporting at the same time.
We add that capacity alongside your team, covering writing, search, AI visibility and reporting through one point of contact. Everything runs on a 28-day rolling basis, so your capacity grows and shrinks with your client list.
What You Can Offer Under Your Brand
Four fixed services, each with a published price. Use one for a single client or build a monthly package from all four.

How White-Label Works
Three steps, the same every time, so your team always knows where a piece of work is.

1. You brief us
Send the client, the goal and any notes. We turn it into a brief on our template, by call, voice note or email, and agree the deadline.

2. We write under your name
Our writers research, write and check the content. You get clean drafts with no Contentifai branding, ready for your review.

3. You deliver
You send the work to your client as your own. Two revision rounds are included, and we handle the changes.
Our White-Label Commitments
- Your client, your brand. Any contact with the end client goes through you, or under your name.
- Mutual non-solicit. Neither of us contacts the other’s clients directly for 12 months after the last piece of work.
- Proof by permission. We only use your work as a case study if it is anonymised and you agree in writing.
Terms at a Glance
- No minimum term: 28-day rolling, with no lock-in.
- Paid upfront: through Stripe, invoiced to your agency.
- Bulk discount: available once your agency passes £1,000 per 28 days.
- Faster turnaround: priority at half the standard time (+50%), or 48 hours where capacity allows (+100%).
- Small print: UK working days. Audit fees are credited against implementation. CMS upload is not included, though we can upload to WordPress at no extra cost.
- Full terms: our Terms of Service apply to all agency work.
The agency rate card puts all of this on one page, with options and turnarounds, so you can price your own packages.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will our clients know you wrote the content?
No. We work under your name, deliver unbranded drafts and only speak to your client through you or as part of your team. Nothing we write for your clients carries our name.
Are agency prices different from your published prices?
No. Agencies pay the same fixed prices as our direct clients, so you can set your own margin with confidence. A bulk discount is available once your agency passes £1,000 per 28 days.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Everything runs on a 28-day rolling cycle, paid upfront through Stripe, with no lock-in.
How quickly can you turn work around?
Articles take 10 working days from an agreed brief, optimisation 5 working days per batch of up to four pages, and the AI readiness check 5 working days. Priority and 48-hour options are available for an extra fee.
Do you use AI to write content?
We use AI to research, structure and check content. The writing, the expertise and the editorial judgement are human: content written by humans, for humans, with a touch of AI to enhance it.
Can we try you before committing a client?
Yes. Until 27 November we will run a complimentary AI readiness check on one of your prospects, so you can see our work and use the findings in your own pitch.
