What does Contentifai do?

Contentifai is a B2B content and AI visibility agency in the North East of England. We write and optimise website content for UK businesses and marketing agencies, so their buyers find them in Google and in AI answers. Our work runs as four services in one loop: Assess, Optimise, Publish and Measure. You can start with whichever your website needs most, and see all four services and prices here.

How much do your services cost?

Each service has a fixed scope and a starting price, so you know what you get before we begin:

• Assess: a complimentary AI readiness check until 27 November 2026, with full AI readiness audits from £500.
• Optimise: content optimisation of your existing pages and posts, from £220 for two pages.
• Publish: monthly blog content, two expert-led articles a month, from £440 a month.
• Measure: an AI visibility and web performance report, from £200 a month.

Larger pieces of work, such as 12-week content campaigns (from £700 a month) and content strategy days (from £800), are built around the monthly budget you have in mind.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. Monthly services run on 28-day rolling agreements, paid upfront, with no minimum term. One-off services, such as content optimisation and audits, are paid per job.

How do I get started?

Start wherever your website needs it most. If you are not sure where that is, request a complimentary AI readiness check and we will point you to the first fix. You can also book a discovery call above, send us a message using the form, or choose a service from our services page.

How is payment taken?

Payment is made by credit or debit card through Stripe’s secure checkout: upfront for each 28-day period on monthly services, and per job for one-off work. Your card details go to Stripe rather than to us. Visit Stripe’sSecurity Policy to learn how they handle security.

What happens after I sign up?

We get in touch to confirm your details and gather what we need from you, whether that is a short call, a voice note or a few answers by email. We then write the brief for each piece to our template and agree a delivery timeline with you.

How do you make the content sound like us?

We build each article from your own expertise: what you tell us on a call, in a voice note or by email, and the knowledge your team already has. Articles run up to 1,500 words, are written in UK English by default (US English on request) and include two rounds of revisions, so you can shape the final version before it goes live.

Can you publish the content on our website?

Yes. If your website runs on WordPress, we can usually upload and publish for you at no extra cost. For other platforms, we deliver ready-to-publish content and can quote for uploading it.

Do you work with marketing agencies?

Yes. Every fixed service can be bought white-label: your client and your brand, with our writing, optimisation, audits and reporting behind it. Ask for our agency rate card.

How do you use AI?

Our content is written by humans, for humans, with a touch of AI to enhance it. Our writers use AI research and writing tools to work faster and more consistently, but a person directs every piece, checks the facts and edits the final version. We also check how AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google’s AI Overviews read and mention your business, because being quoted in those answers is now part of being found.

Can I cancel or change my service?

Yes, at any time. Email hello@contentifai.agency or use the form above and we will confirm the change in writing. Because monthly services are paid upfront, your service runs to the end of the 28-day period you have already paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are taken in advance, so refunds are not usually possible once a period or job has started. If something has gone wrong, email us and we will talk it through with you.
